I have stated since the launch of my substack newsletter that all subscribers, paying and free, should not forget to consult my 16-year old blog that contains thousands of archived free articles here, because even articles I published 16 years ago still have relevance today. For example, in October 2006, I wrote an article exposing the shaky quality of Chinese banks, including the largest in the nation, and wrote that I would never deposit a single dollar of my hard earned money into any bank in China. I will connect the importance of that statement, a statement that never was taken seriously by even friends of mine that lived in China, with numerous warnings I’ve issued about cryptocurrencies that have been completely ignored today by the majority of the cryptocommunity, but will over time, also likely bear seriously negative consequences for those that dismissed them. Here’s why.
