Time to Short This Stock?

It had underperformed its peers last year but having experienced a price vault higher as of recent makes it a good bet to short now in my opinion

This is a stock that I’ve been tracking for quite a bit in which insiders have been selling shares like hotcakes at the end of last year and also in March of this year.
